This brand-spanking new hotel—opened in February of 2015—is primly located in the heart of South Shore. Executive Chef Jonathan Snyder introduces four amazing new restaurants and bar offerings to Lake Tahoe. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York, Snyder blends South Shore roots with his New York training, brining sophisticated flavors and an artistic touch to every dish.

Fire Break Kitchen & Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an indoor-outdoor setting. Enjoy specialty waffles, French toast, burgers hearty soups, beer can roasted chicken as well as 20 beers on draft. Park Prime is the hotel’s modern steakhouse complete with a sophisticated bar and live music. The Park Prime menu features local grass-fed, free-range beef, premium seafood and an extensive wine and cocktail list. The Oyster Bar is a raw seafood bar featuring fresh seasonal oysters on the half-shell and oyster shooters. This restaurant will also be known as the hub for all New Orleans favorites, including hearty gumbos, rich pan roasts and traditional jambalaya.
